1459		MEISSEN PORCELAIN FLORAL MOTIF CHINA: This twenty-eight piece collection of Meissen Rose Pink porcelain china consists of: 8- teacups, 8- saucers, 1- lidded sugar, 1- creamer, 1- coffee pot, 6- bread & butter plates, 2- dessert/pie plates, and 1- flared vase. The vase and dessert plates have blue crossed swords marks; the remaining pieces have a green Teichart 1923-29 green underglaze mark. CONDITION: Wear to gilt accents; one teacup has a chip at the bottom rim/foot.

''THE IMMORTALS'' 1905 FRENCH BOOKS: ''The Immortals'' 20-volume complete set, published 1905, is a collection of ''Masterpieces of fiction crowned by The French Academy with a preface to each volume by an immortal''. Published by the Maison Mazarin Paris. Mottled calf covers with gilt borders set with bronze medals. Gilt at top edges of pages. CONDITION: ''Mme. Chrysantheme'', ''Confessions of a Child of the Century'', The Ink Stain'', and ''Cinqmars II'' each have water damage to covers with faint mildew to pages within. ''Confessions.'' is also missing bronze medallion, as are ''Monsier Madame and Bebe'', ''An `Attic' Philosopher'', and ''The Abbe Constantin''. `Serge Panine'' is split where front cover meets spine. 1470		6 FRENCH ORMOLU MOUNTED CANED CHAIRS: A set of six chairs having delicate wood frames with caned backrests and seat-rests. The flat top rails flanked by brass mounts. On slender French cabriole legs with mounts at the knees and brass-capped terminals. Approx. 39.25'' h x 18'' w x 18'' d. CONDITION: Wear commensurate with age and use. At least one chair has a small hole in cane at backrest and loose mount.
