FINELY CARVED FIGURAL SETTEE & CHAIR: Italian settee with a richly carved wood frame featuring a putti at the top end of each armrest, and a detailed, scrolling motif with additional putti/cherubs at the top edge of the backrest. The ornate carving extends over the armrests, apron, and down the legs which terminate in claw and ball feet. Accompanied by a matching carved wood frame armchair that has modern, tropical upholstery. The settee measures approx. 37'' h x 43'' w x 30.5'' d. The side chair measures approx. 37'' h x 28'' w x 28.5'' d.
