253 Click for larger picture CHANDLER, (American, 19th/20th C): Sunset lakeside landscape with sailboats, Pastel, sight size 17'' x 33 1/2'', signed lower right, encased in newer white washed oak molding, 26'' x 42''. Condition - Appears lightly skimmed with several barely visible scrapes, faint signature, but good overall.

277 Click for larger picture KONG, Ong Boon, (Taiwan, 20th C): Leopard in a landscape, W/C, sight size 53 1/2'' x 29'', signed upper left. Condition - Some staining to the mat in bottom margin. The artist was flown from Singapore to the U.S. and commissioned to paint several paintings for a local businessman and entrepreneur several decades ago.

Condition - Several minute paint flecks throughout, needs tightening in the stretcher and cleaning.

Rochester Art Club label affixed verso. Condition - Needs major cleaning, there are some abraded areas with minor fleck paint loss.
