APPROX 35-50 YR OLD INDO-PERSIAN HAND KNOTTED WOOL RUG, 12' X 17'5'': This is a lovely rug that has a traditional Persian design but with a bit of a twist in the way the colors are placed. Both the main field and the main border are ivory colored. The ''pop'' comes with the red central medallion and the red corners of the field. The rest of the field is covered with palmettes, paisleys, and flower heads linked by vines. A good-looking rug. CONDITION: There are some slight stains visible over field but they are not bad. |
