This Lifetime Collection from avid collector Dean Lake and is Fresh and New to the antique radio market. Many of the items have been squirreled away for years have never been offered for sale. You will find a “Multitude of Radios” to include Fada, Crosley, Atwater-Kent, Zenith and Emerson to name a very few.. The entire contents of the 3500+ sq ft warehouse to be sold to a single highest bidder!

Styles include Bakelite, Plastic, Transistor, Tombstone, Floor cabinets, Breadboards, Jukeboxes, Vintage televisions, Parts galore, Tubes, Horns, Manuals and Advertising all in various stages of condition. 100’s if not 1000s of vintage records as well. Get ready for the “Sale of Sales”

TERMS: NO guarantees of any kind. 12% Buyer Premium. $5000 refundable deposit in the form of a cashiers check made out to yourself is required to register for Auction. Only registered bidders will be allowed to preview. Registration admits entry to Preview and Auction for 2 people who are either business partners or spouses. If you are deemed the highest bidder at the Auction, your deposit becomes non refundable and your certified check must be immediately signed over to Burchard Galleries Inc, Auctioneers as a partial payment and deposit on account for your purchase. Payment in full is due and payable no later than 3 PM, March 2^nd.

REMOVAL: Absolutely nothing may be removed from the premises until the balance due is received in cash, certified funds or via bank transfer no later then 3 PM Monday March 2^nd. Failure to pay in full by 3 PM Monday March 2^nd may, at the Auctioneers discretion, negate the sale and your deposit and any claim to ownership will be forfeited unless other arrangements have been made. Security after the sale is the responsibility of the buyer.

You have 30 days from the date of the Auction to remove all purchases from the Auction location. Any items left after 30 days from Auction date are considered abandoned and will be disposed of at the Auctioneers discretion. A month to month lease is available at the rate of $1200/mo. which will extend the time allowed for removal of items. All lease agreements are between the successful bidder or his assigns and the owner of warehouse, not Burchard Galleries Inc.
